My Message
Hi. My name is Mark Donahue and I am the president and founder of Reliance Contracting. I have over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and have done countless residential and commercial projects. I have used project management expertise and construction consulting to continue to grow my knowledge and understanding of the industry. Over the years I have been working on developing a team to assist in the growth of Reliance Contracting. Since 2016 we have added many brands to our portfolio including ISI Fitness, First Watch Café, Marco’s Pizza and Dave’s Hot Chicken. We are a solution based company and put our clients’ needs first. We leave the excuses at the door and simply figure out how to solve problems and get our jobs done. We strive to build and maintain relationships with each project and often gain lifelong partnerships.

Since 2005 the main priority for Reliance has been to undergo projects that showcase our handiwork while also making a lasting impression on our clients.
